It largely depends upon your playstyle, I completed the game non-lethally without ever getting caught, and spent 20 hours on it. I'm not much of a completitionist though, and glazed over three of the side quests, which would probably slap on around more hours of content.

If you truly immerse yourself into the game, I'd wager you could go up to 30 hours, if you just run 'n gun and ignore all sidequests, you can probably complete the game in 15 hours.
